Random ponderance from yesterday and comtinuing into today... eggs are scarey, scarey things! Don't get me wrong, I like to eat them & they are awesome for cooking and baking and I really couldn't do without them, but man...
I was thinking about how cool it is that if you want something baked to get solid, it usually involves eggs... then I realized that eggs start as a semi-liquid, you apply heat, and then they turn solid! I mean, apply heat to any other liquid and they turn to gas. Apply heat to solids and they burn or turn to liquid. Eggs are whacked!
