- ~ 2 cups washed & loosely loaded spinach
- ~2/3 c. shredded carrots (or the equivalent whole carrots)
- ~1/2 standard pkg blueberries
- 1 medium red apple
- ~2 Tbsp. Almond Butter
Directions:
Put in blender. Blend until ready, put in glass & enjoy.
