New Swamp-Water Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • ~ 2 cups washed & loosely loaded spinach
  • ~2/3 c. shredded carrots (or the equivalent whole carrots)
  • ~1/2 standard pkg blueberries
  • 1 medium red apple
  • ~2 Tbsp. Almond Butter

Directions:

Put in blender. Blend until ready, put in glass & enjoy.

Nutrition for the whole thing.
